17 reads cover today, members, renewals, dues, revenue, payments, attendance, classes, personal training, leads, staff, devices, expenses and profit. 10 previews and 10 changes cover class bookings and sessions, check-ins, leads, follow-ups, extensions, freezes, class cancellations, payment reminders and WhatsApp templates.
Every change asks first
A preview shows who and what would change and who will be told, and it changes nothing. It ends with “Shall I go ahead?”, and MyGymDesk makes the change only after you say yes, whether it's a booking, a check-in or a payment reminder. A preview can be used once, within 10 minutes.
Money and records stay in the app
Payments, refunds, bills and invoices, deleting, full member lists and settings are done in MyGymDesk itself, and pay, bank and ID details never pass through the connector.

- In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and find MyGymDesk in the directory.
- Choose Connect and sign in with your MyGymDesk login.
- Pick your gym if asked, then choose Approve.
- In a chat, switch MyGymDesk on from + → Connectors.

What is the MyGymDesk AI connector?
A connector (an MCP server) that lets ChatGPT and Claude read your gym's MyGymDesk records and make previewed changes, signed in as you. It has 37 tools: 27 that only read and 10 that make one kind of change each.
Does it work with both ChatGPT and Claude?
Yes. Both connect to the same MyGymDesk server, with the same tools and the same preview rules. MyGymDesk is listed in Claude's connector directory. The MyGymDesk app is coming soon to the ChatGPT app directory. ChatGPT connects today through developer mode.
Is my members' data safe with an AI assistant?
The assistant signs in as you, so it sees only what your login can see. Member phone numbers are never shown in answers, nobody's pay, bank or ID details are shared, and full member lists stay in the app. MyGymDesk keeps a record of each request the connector makes and none of your conversation text.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Each staff member connects with their own MyGymDesk login, and the assistant can do only what their role allows in MyGymDesk, at the branches they can see.
