Does MyGymDesk send WhatsApp reminders automatically?

Yes. Payment reminders, membership expiry alerts, renewal follow-ups and birthday wishes go out on WhatsApp automatically, and the gym can send broadcast campaigns and offers to members and leads.

How do members check in with MyGymDesk?

Members check in by scanning the gym's QR code at the front desk, or with fingerprint or face recognition on eSSL and ZKTeco biometric devices, which connect without a PC. Every visit is recorded on the member's profile.

Can members pay online?

Yes. Members pay by UPI, cards and net banking into the gym's own Razorpay account, and the gym can send payment links on WhatsApp. Setup is ₹0 and MyGymDesk charges no platform fee; the gateway's standard transaction fees apply.

Is there a member app?

Yes. Members use the MyGymDesk member app to see their plan, pay, book classes, show their QR pass and track progress, and owners run the gym from the MyGymDesk business app.
