Can I move my member list from Excel?
Yes. MyGymDesk supports member imports from Excel and CSV. Review imported records and membership details before you start using them for daily operations.
Can I use QR and biometric attendance?
QR attendance is available, and supported biometric devices can connect with the corresponding plan or add-on. Device support and access-control behaviour depend on the model and firmware.
How much does MyGymDesk cost for a gym?

How do payments and WhatsApp reminders work?
In India, members pay by UPI, cards or net banking into your own Razorpay account, and every payment gets a GST invoice. WhatsApp reminders go out automatically, and your own WhatsApp Business number adds campaigns, a shared inbox and the WhatsApp AI agent.
