One link for a weekly series
A recurring class becomes one recurring meeting, so the same link works every week. On Zoom a recurrence is capped at 50 occurrences, so a longer series is split automatically and members always see the right link.
Members join from the app
Booked members get a Join button with a countdown that goes live 15 minutes before the start. Only members booked into that session can see it.
Trainers start from their schedule
Trainers open the session from their own schedule. On Zoom they start it as host, and the host link is never shown to a member; a Google Meet meeting is open, so nobody waits for a host.
Reminders carry the link
WhatsApp class reminders for an online session include the Join link, so nobody has to go hunting for it.
