Does MyGymDesk work with biometric machines?+
Yes, eSSL and ZKTeco devices connect over the cloud (ADMS) with no PC needed at the gym, on every plan. Punches become check-ins automatically, and on supported firmware expired members are blocked at the device.
Does MyGymDesk send WhatsApp reminders automatically?+
Yes, payment receipts, renewal reminders, expiry alerts and class reminders go out on WhatsApp automatically from MyGymDesk's shared number. From your own WhatsApp Business number you also get a team inbox and campaigns.
Is there a mobile app for gym owners and members?+
Yes, the MyGymDesk Business app (owners and staff) and the MyGymDesk Member app are on the App Store and Google Play, included free with every plan. On Pro and Enterprise, you can also publish a branded app under your gym's own name (available on yearly plans only).
Does MyGymDesk use AI?+
Yes, the AI Business Pack adds an English, Hindi or Hinglish business assistant, owner insights and trainer-reviewed diet and workout drafts. The WhatsApp AI agent answers enquiries on your own WhatsApp Business number. The pack is included on the Enterprise plan and during the free trial, and is an add-on (₹600/mo + GST) on other plans. The AI support assistant is on every plan.
Can I manage more than one branch?+
Yes, you can run multiple locations from the same account. Your location allowance follows your plan; additional locations are paid add-ons, priced by plan. Staff can be limited to the branches they work at.
Can I import my existing members from Excel?+
Yes, the importer takes Excel and CSV files (.xlsx, .xls and .csv) for members, and memberships, class packages and PT assignments can be imported the same way.
