What is the Trainaq exercise video library?

A one-time download of Trainaq's own 3D exercise demonstrations: short, silent MP4 loops of an animated athlete on a dark backdrop, made to sit beside an exercise in an app or on a web page. The complete plan holds 623 exercises in 1,604 videos, in male and female versions, with yoga and Pilates, plus a JSON and CSV data file that describes every clip.

Is it an exercise API or a download?

It's a download you keep: one ZIP of MP4 videos and the data file. You load the data into your own database and host or bundle the videos in your own app, storage or CDN, so nothing in your product calls Trainaq's servers, and there are no keys, request quotas or monthly bills.

What format and size are the videos?

H.264 MP4 in two square sizes, 1080 × 1080 and 720 × 720 pixels, which play in every browser and on iPhone and Android without a special player. The clips are silent loops from 2 to 30 seconds long, most of them 3 to 6 seconds.

What is in the JSON and CSV data file?

One row per video file, with the same columns in both formats: exercise and video ids, name, body part, target and secondary muscles, equipment, category, level, numbered instructions, gender, camera view, resolution, width and height, the file name inside the ZIP and the loop's length. Each row's file name matches its MP4, so you can filter by muscle, equipment or level and pair every record with its clip.

Can I use the videos in a paid gym app or for my members?

Yes. The licence is lifetime and covers one company: use the videos and the data in all of its apps, websites and software, including paid apps for your members and clients, with no credit line. It excludes reselling or sharing the files as a library, sublicensing them to another company and using them to train AI or machine-learning models.

Can I see the videos before I buy?

Yes. Trainaq emails a free demo of 10 videos, five male and five female, in both sizes, with a data file in the same format as the full library. Ask for it on trainaq.com.

How do I pay and get the files?

Checkout is on trainaq.com through Razorpay, and cards from outside India work. Buyers in India pay in rupees plus 18% GST and get a GST invoice; everyone else pays in US dollars. The email after payment holds your invoice and the download links, and updates for your plan come through the same downloads page for 12 months.
