Aiface Eris with MyGymDesk
Supported — ADMS push
The Aiface Eris takes face, fingerprint, card and password on a 4-inch touch screen, holding 3000 of each. Its 2,00,000 transaction buffer is the largest in the 3000-capacity Aiface models.
Cloud-direct attendance sync
Punches reach MyGymDesk over your internet connection as they happen — no PC in the gym and no middleware software to keep running.
Works with MyGymDesk access control
Attendance lands against the right member automatically, so check-ins, visit history and reports stay accurate without anyone retyping anything.
Verified before you buy
Tell us the model you are considering and we will confirm the firmware and network requirements up front, rather than after the box arrives.

Aiface Eris questions, answered
Does this need a PC running in the gym?
No. The device pushes attendance straight to MyGymDesk over your internet connection — no PC, no local server and no middleware software to keep running. You configure it once during setup and it reports on its own.
How is the Eris different from the Mars?
Both hold 3000 faces. The Eris adds fingerprint and has a 4-inch screen; the Mars is face, card and password on a 5-inch screen. Pick the Eris if you want fingerprint as a fallback.
Can I run more than one device?
Yes. Multiple devices can report into the same gym, and each punch is recorded against the member who made it. Gyms running more than one branch can keep devices separate per location.
Do you sell this device?
You buy the device from eSSL or an authorised dealer, at the dealer’s price. Message us for a quote and we will point you at the right model and confirm what it needs before you spend anything.
